About Us

Reliable Professionals

Twins Trenchless Repair all began when two plumbers, who happen to be twin brothers, decided to mix reliability, and  quality of work, to open a company who's main goal is to repair sewer lines and satisfy customers. We specialize in fixing cast iron pipes without having to dig, or break the ground. We also offer a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing services to meet your needs. We continually strive to exceed expectations by ensuring that each client receives the very best service.

We Can Fix Your Cast Iron Pipes Without Digging

Perma-Liner is a no-dig trenchless sewer repair technology that rehabilitates pipes, without excavation. Our newest technology easily repairs worn and broken pipes, without having to tear up the ground. All that is needed is one access point which allows a pipe to be cured.

Why Perma-lining?

Broken or failed sewer lines do not require you to tear up the ground or excavate anymore. We can repair your sewer line within the old line without any disruption to your driveway, yard, road, sidewalk or landscaping. If you suspect a failed sewer line in your location or have roots in your line we can perform a sewer video inspection to see if you are a good candidate for our trenchless repair system.

Benefits of Perma-lining:

Before and After

  • We do not have to dig or damage the ground or flooring in your location.
  • Unlike excavation involved repairs that can take months, trenchless repairs significantly reduce the time of cast iron repairs.
  • 50 Year guarantee by manufacturer.

Understanding the Cured-in-Place Pipe Process

Step 1 - Televise the Pipeline

The pipeline is inspected with a RIDGID camera to find the problem

Step 2 - Clean the Pipeline

The pipeline must be cleaned out with Picote or IMS Robotics products to remove roots, dirt, debris, and any potential objects that could disrupt lining.

Step 3 - Take Measurements

Measurements of the Pipeliner's diameter, depth, and length are taken. The liner and calibration tube is then cut on the job site according to the required measurements.

Step 4 - Measure and Mix Resin

Resin is measured and mixed according to the required measurements.

Step 5 - Pour into Liner

The resin is then poured into the liner and rolled or "wet out" many times to ensure complete impregnation of resin to the liner.

Step 6 - Load into Inverter

Impregnated liner and calibration tube is then loaded into the inverter.

Step 7 - Load into Existing Line

The liner is then inserted into the existing pipe using directional hoses and inversion heads. Then ensure proper insertion.

Step 8 - Invert with Air Pressure

Air pressure then inverts inside out, allowing resin to bond and seal with existing host pipe. The calibration tube balloons to keep the liner in place as it cures.

Step 9 - Ready for Service

Once cured, the calibration tube is removed and the pipe is ready for service.
